Usually when I make these announcement posts, they are filled with all kinds of updates. This one is going to be rather short.

Back on YouTube!

This past Sunday I uploaded my first sermon to YouTube since 2019! We have a new camera, video editing software, and going to be getting some new lighting as well! So, I’m going to be getting back into doing videos! Going to start off slowly with uploading sermons first as I try not to lay to heavy of a load on myself. So, be sure to head over to your YouTube and subscribe to New Found Faith channel.

New sermon videos most likely will be posted a week after they are filmed. Since I record sermons on Sunday, I will be unable to get the videos out on the Sunday they are filmed. This is because of how long it takes to edit and process the video after it has been recorded. Processing the audio is much more easier. So, if you intend on watching the videos, you will likely be a week behind those who only listen to the audio, especially once we start doing in person services regularly.

Hopefully by the end of this year, I will be doing new 10 minute Bible Studies and Sunday School lessons. Again, both lessons and study videos will likely be uploaded to YouTube later than when you see the text and audio posted on the website.

Updates to Old Content

So, with that announcement, I have began to go through and update some of the old content from at least 6 years ago. I’m not going to delete posts with sermons, studies, and full commentaries. However, I will be removing old audio from the site – especially audio that is not being listen to. The reason being that I don’t want to waste the space on the server so it is best to remove what is not being used. I am also likely going to do the same with the videos on YouTube – older videos that are not regularly watched will be removed.

I’ve already noticed that a lot of the older sermons were missing audio because they were still linked to the old site. Most posts have already been updated, so if there was audio and video attached to those posts, they are working.

Site Growth

I want to thank all of you who have been following the site! In recent months, there have been an increase in visitors to the site and also subscribers to the site who I also want to thank. Thank you to all of you who have been following the site. My goal is to continue to bring you content for spiritual growth.
