The world will do everything possible to keep you from blossoming and flourishing. As much as the world does not want to see you flourish, you have one on your side that wants to see you blossom and flourish. God, we should all know and trust, is on our side. In the face of a soul crushing world, the Lord will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all nations.

What this means for us is that while the world may try to hinder us in our glorifying of the Lord, we will not be shutdown. You will blossom in this world because the Lord is more powerful than anything that can hinder you. Consider that even in a dry desert, there’s still some life that is able to flourish. In the deepest and the darkest of oceans where no sunlight can reach, life is still able to flourish. No, the world may not want to see you blossom, but you will.

Why? Because God has promised us victory! The promises of the Lord are always fulfilled. Yes, we may struggle today and we may even be persecuted in this world. However, in the day to come, the sincere believer will stand in glory with the Lord as we will overcome this world. The sincere believer will stand full of glory and righteousness and there is absolutely nothing that can prevent God from keeping His promise. God has promised us eternal life and the sincere believer will receive what God has promised us.
